Guy is a former media & communications manager with one of the Australia’s largest publishing groups, and taps into 30 years experience as a journalist.

Specialising in rural events, marketing and sponsorship, he was instrumental establishing the highly successful Farming Small Areas Expo, Northern and Southern Beef Weeks and the NSW Beef Spectacular.

Guy also had a major role directing the coveted NSW Farm Inventor of the Year competition.

More recently, he has worked in a freelance capacity with businesses including Kingenta, Elanco, Toro Australia and International Animal Health Products.

John is a former senior manager with Fairfax Media with more than 30 years experience as a publisher, editor, journalist and public relations consultant in New Zealand, Hong Kong and Australia.

As a former editor and general manager of Stock & Land, he was the face of the Victorian rural weekly from 1999-2015.

As a journalist and freelance writer, John has worked largely in the rural sector. He grew up on a livestock and farming property in northern NSW and also spent time as a jackaroo.

While at Stock & Land John played key roles as president of the Rural Press Club of Victoria from 2001-2004 and 2007-08.
